STEP ONE: Labeling

The first step in how to organize your refrigerator is obviously labels! We used these dissolvable labels plus a Cricut to create our labels and they’re a game-changer for maintaining an organized fridge. After you create them, label designated zones and bins. This helps everyone in the household know where items belong!

STEP TWO: How to Organize a Fridge Door

Tackle your fridge door next. Keep your condiments within easy reach! We like to group things with similar items. For example, sour cream with cream cheese and all the salad dressings together.

These jugs are perfect for milks, iced teas, or juices.

STEP THREE: Easily Access Your Drinks!

Use an automatic pusher to keep drinks within easy reach! And check out these standalone shelves to organize wine bottles.

STEP FOUR: Choose the Right Containers

Before purchasing containers, measure your fridge shelves to ensure everything will fit. Look for stackable options that maximize vertical space. Using containers that are the same size and shape helps to stack and store them efficiently, creating a neat and organized look.

We always use clear containers so it’s easy to find all our produce. Look for containers with tight-fitting, leak-proof lids to prevent spills and keep food fresher longer. After washing and prepping our fruits and veggies, we organize them in these acrylic pull out drawers!

More containers

Finding containers for your items helps you use every inch of space as efficiently as possible! For example, a specialized egg holder keeps your eggs secure and prevents them from rolling around.

Lazy Susan

We use lazy susans for quick grabs like yogurt or condiments, which we store in these reusable squeeze bottles.

STEP FIVE: Efficiently Organize Your Fridge Drawers

These containers are perfect for our fridge drawers! Check the size, particularly the height, to make sure they work for you.
